AI Enabled Warehouse Counting System

Use Case

• Accurate counting of items such as goods packages is tedious.

• There are simple sensor based solutions available in market to count the moving packages but these solutions are not capable to detect the correct package type. For example:

• There is a X company labeled package should be counted as a correct item.

• What if someone places any random similar looking package at conveyor belt. Simple sensor-based counting will not be able to differentiate between the correct company labeled package and incorrect arbitrary package.

• Solution should be able scan the QR code placed at package and match the required data as batch number, timestamp and lot number to avoid false positive count.
