Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 1 days of the original purchase date

Hard goods must be returned to Digicane Systems LLP immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting support@digicanesystems.com as directed in step 1.

  • Request of refund or cancellation must be made within same day or 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging with original invoice bill like-new, or re-sellable condition.
  • If purchase on sale
  • Only physical damages product can be returned and refund
  • Return or Refund only applicable If purchases minimum 20 items
  • Return or Refund process may take 7-10 working days from date of purchase.
