Refund Eligibility

  • The client changes project requirements after work commencement.

Because our services are customized and tailored to individual business requirements, completed work cannot be returned or exchanged.

Project Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email.

Before Project Commencement

If cancellation is requested before work begins, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting applicable administrative, payment gateway, or transaction fees.

After Project Commencement

If work has already started, any refund will be determined based on:

  • Work completed to date
  • Resources allocated

  • Third-party expenses incurred
  • Project management costs

Subscription and Recurring Services

Clients may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting our team.

However:

  • Current billing cycle payments are non-refundable.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
